Chicken burgers at home.
Ingredients (for 2 chicken burgers)

Ground chicken (minced chicken) – 250 g

Onion – 1 small (finely chopped for patty) + few onion rings for filling

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Chili flakes (optional) – ½ tsp

Oil/Butter – 2 tbsp (for frying patties & toasting buns)

Lettuce leaves – 4 leaves
-
Tomato – 1 medium (sliced)
Method

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Shape the mixture into 2 round patties.

Fry the patties on medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Toast lightly in a pan with butter or oil until golden.

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the buns.

Place lettuce → chicken patty → cheese slice → tomato slice → onion rings.
